I love playing the Blues. The Blues has been the focus of most of my playing career. The blues is the foundation of most of the music we all enjoy today... Eric Clapton to John Mayer, Wes Montgomery to John Scofield would all credit the blues as a major influence in their playing styles.

 

The “secret” to playing the blues is dedication and having the right teacher. One who can guide you on how to best spend your time on the right exercises. My many years of experience allows for me to show you what is necessary and what will get you to realizing your goals in the shortest amount of time.

 

Most of my students practicing a ½ hr. a day learn to play a song in 3 to 4 weeks!

 

I’ve been playing guitar for 40 years and teaching for 16.

 

I have a passion for teaching and sharing what I love to do.

 

Played in many different bands and continue to perform.

 

Able to teach several different styles of music: Blues, Rock, Jazz, Country, Acoustic Fingerstyle.

 

I’m good at finding out what a students desires are and tailoring the lesson to fit the student’s needs.
